Mr. Peter Jones has more than 25 years of progressive experience in investment banking, general business management, strategic planning, and fiduciary oversight with a broad range of public and private sector organizations in both domestic and international environs.


Ralph J. Thompson II

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. Ralph J. Thompson II has more than 22 years experience in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Financial Management, and Project Management. Under his leadership, MSM LLC has experienced tremendous growth in the last several years. The company has been honored for its accomplishments by the St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association (RCGA), the St. Louis American and the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. For the last two years 2008 and 2009, MSM, LLC was named one of the "Top 25 African-American Businesses" in St. Louis, MO.


Neil Jones

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Mr. Neil Jones has more than 20 years experience in information center implementation, project management, software/hardware evaluation, needs analysis, database design and administration, capacity planning, budget preparation, systems design, programming, end user training and documentation, and general information technologies. Mr. Jones is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur, with extensive experience in the creation and management of high-growth technology companies.

Mr. Jones brings an independent point of view to complex business issues thus ensuring the right solution is implemented that meets the client business needs. He leverages his expertise in IT, program management, strategic planning, process improvemtns and software engineering to significantly improve operations, efficiency and the bottom line for our customers.

Mr. Bob Young, with more than 40 years of information technology industry experience in a variety of technical, staff and management positions, is currently providing consulting expertise to MSM LLC for new business development and project implementations.
